Symptoms of Anxiety

Common signs and symptoms may include, but are not limited to:
Feeling nervous, restless or tense
Having a sense of impending danger, panic or doom
Increased heart rate
Breathing rapidly or hyperventilation
Shortness of breath

Feeling weak or tired

Excessive worrying
Isolation (i.e. having the urge to avoid things that may be a trigger)

Derealization
